These terms govern use of untappedgenius.org, both the public marketing site and Genius OS, the signed-in platform UnTapped Genius (“UG,” “we,” “us”) uses to manage partnership work with districts and campuses. By browsing the site or signing in to use Genius OS, you agree to these terms.
Who this is for
Anyone browsing untappedgenius.org is covered by these terms. Genius OS itself, the signed-in application, is used by UG staff and consultants and by leaders at UG’s partner districts and campuses to manage and report on partnership work together. Those accounts are provisioned or invited by UG rather than opened through public self-signup.
Your account
You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Use Genius OS only for its intended purpose, managing and reporting on UG partnership work. Don’t use it to store or share content you don’t have the right to, attempt to access data outside your role or district scope, or interfere with the platform’s normal operation.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of the goals, evidence, reports, and other content you submit through the platform. You grant UG the right to store and use that content to operate Genius OS and to support the underlying partnership, including internal reporting.
Our content
Genius OS itself, including its design, software, and UG’s branding, belongs to UG and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. These terms don’t grant you rights to any of it beyond using the platform as intended.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, including through Google Sign-In, and how we use it. It’s part of these terms.
No warranty
Genius OS is provided “as is.” We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond its intended use.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, UG isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Genius OS.
Termination
We can suspend or end your access to Genius OS, including if your role or partnership with UG ends or if these terms are violated. You can ask us to deactivate your account at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
