Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026

This page explains what cookies and similar technologies UnTapped Genius (“UG,” “we,” “us”) uses on untappedgenius.org and inside Genius OS. We keep this short on purpose: we use very few cookies, and none for advertising.

Strictly necessary cookies

Genius OS, the signed-in application, sets a session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect the platform against cross-site request forgery. These cookies are required for the application to function and can’t be disabled without breaking sign-in. They are not used for tracking or advertising.

Analytics cookies

On the public marketing site only, meaning the pages you can reach without signing in, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand page views and general site usage. GA4 sets its own cookies to do this. It is not loaded anywhere inside Genius OS, the signed-in application, and it is not used to track you across other, unrelated websites.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using your browser’s cookie or tracking protection settings, or Google’s own Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

What we don’t use

We don’t use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies, on either the public site or inside Genius OS.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the cookies we use change. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information we collect more broadly.
