Meagan has over 15 years of experience in education and a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Reading Education. Known for her excellent communication skills, Meagan establishes strong partnerships with students, leaders, and educators alike, fostering a collaborative and cohesive learning environment. Paige Stavena

Paige Stavena is an accomplished educator, mentor, and instructional coach with a passion for classroom culture and developing teacher's confidence and strengths. With 10 years experience teaching in at-risk communities, Paige brings a love of literacy and an unwavering belief that every student and educator has the capability to excel with the right leadership and support. Paige has completed a Bachelor of Arts in both Psychology and Child Development as well as EC-6 teaching certification. She has been recognized as a highly effective classroom teacher as well as a peer coach, mentor, and team lead. Her focus is to provide personalized and quality coaching and experience to teachers of all needs and backgrounds.

Kiana Johnson is a passionate instructional coach, mentor, and published author with over 13 years of experience in public education. With a passion for literacy, Kiana collaborates with teachers and leaders to foster a positive learning environment for all students. She believes that all students can grow when provided with responsive and equitable instruction. Kiana has a growth mindset with academic accomplishments including a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, Bachelor’s in Elementary Education, and a Principal EC-12 certification in Texas. With encouragement and optimism, Kiana provides impactful coaching with a student-first mindset. Kiana’s mission is to equip teachers with confidence and empower students with ownership.

Melissa Ghuneim

Melissa Ghuneim is an experienced bilingual educator, acknowledged for her work in being an effective teacher, mentor, and department leader who maintains trusting relationships and creates a positive classroom and team culture. Growing up in a family of educators, Melissa developed a strong belief in the importance of equitable education for all, and a passion for embracing one’s heritage. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Bilingual Education and a Master's degree in Multicultural Studies. Her teaching experience spans over 14 years and includes serving emergent bilingual students, students learning Spanish as a second language, and mentoring team members and students to reach their greatest potential. Melissa’s mission is to guide and inspire educators to tap into their strengths, so that they may provide an outstanding educational experience for their students.

Liz Colicchia is an experienced educator, instructional coach, PD facilitator, and edtech specialist. With a strong commitment to promoting equity in education, she has made significant contributions in both charter and public school systems across urban and suburban districts. She holds an MEd in Teaching and Learning and a BA in political science and history. After teaching and coaching for over ten years in the Chicago area, Liz has embraced the vibrant Houston community and its amazing schools as a Genius Consultant. In this role, Liz focuses on collaborating with teachers and administrators to create customized, differentiated, and relevant professional development and coaching experiences. As a systems and edtech specialist, Liz is also passionate about simplifying processes and finding optimal solutions that enhance accessibility for teachers, administrators, and families, ultimately making education more manageable and inclusive.

Nancy Weber

With nearly two decades of service to the education field, Nancy Weber brings a unique combination of experience and skills as a classroom teacher, instructional specialist, administrator, researcher, and teacher educator. She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction and Teacher Education, and certifications in English Language Arts and Reading and Principal as Instructional Leader. When she began her career in education as a classroom teacher, the mentorship and professional growth Nancy experienced was the foundation from which she took inspiration and built her philosophy as an educator: high-impact teacher learning opens the doors for widely accessible and attainable student success. To that end, she uses her deep understanding of time-tested research-based educational theories and best instructional practices to support fellow educators as they support their students’ growth.

With a deep passion for working with and developing at-risk communities, Charisse Lyman has over 20 years of teaching and learning experience. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her time in non-profit organizations and Charter Management Organizations. Her motto is to "Tap into the Genius of every Educator, Leader, and child," providing personalized support and driving positive change. Charisse's dedication to her mission is not only evident in her academic achievements, which include a Master's in Education, Bachelor's of Science in both Zoology (pre-med option) and Psychology, and Principal EC-12 certification in Texas, but also in her unwavering commitment to driving positive change and her proven track record of empowering both educators and learners throughout her extensive career spanning over 20 years.
