Paige Stavena is an accomplished educator, mentor, and instructional coach with a passion for classroom culture and developing teacher's confidence and strengths. With over a decade of experience teaching in at-risk communities, Paige brings a love of literacy and an unwavering belief that every student and educator has the capability to excel with the right leadership and support. Paige has completed a Bachelor of Arts in both Psychology and Child Development as well as EC-6 teaching certification. She has been recognized as a highly effective classroom teacher as well as a peer coach, mentor, and team lead. Her focus is to provide personalized and quality coaching and experience to teachers of all needs and backgrounds.

Kiana Johnson is a passionate instructional coach, mentor, and published author with over 13 years of experience in public education. With a passion for literacy, Kiana collaborates with teachers and leaders to foster a positive learning environment for all students. She believes that all students can grow when provided with responsive and equitable instruction. Kiana has a growth mindset with academic accomplishments including a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, Bachelor’s in Elementary Education, and a Principal EC-12 certification in Texas. With encouragement and optimism, Kiana provides impactful coaching with a student-first mindset. Kiana’s mission is to equip teachers with confidence and empower students with ownership.

Growing up in a family of educators, Melissa developed a strong belief in the importance of equitable education for all, and a passion for embracing one’s heritage. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Bilingual Education and a Master's degree in Multicultural Studies. Her teaching experience spans over 14 years and includes serving emergent bilingual students, students learning Spanish as a second language, and mentoring team members and students to reach their greatest potential. Melissa’s mission is to guide and inspire educators to tap into their strengths, so that they may provide an outstanding educational experience for their students.

Her educational journey began at the University of Houston, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in EC-6 Bilingual Generalist Education, complemented by a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction along with Principal EC-12 certification. Throughout her career, Jessica has held diverse roles including bilingual educator, instructional coach for reading and mathematics, behavioral coach, professional training developer, and curriculum writer. Her contributions extend beyond the classroom as she co-authored an article for the Texas Mathematics Teacher journal and served as a co-contributing author for the book "Mathematizing Your School". Jessica's commitment to excellence is evident in her recognition as one of the three state finalists for the prestigious 2021-2022 Presidential Award for Excellence in Teaching. Driven by a profound belief in impacting student learning, Jessica embodies passion, pride, and purpose in her work. Charisse's dedication to her mission is not only evident in her academic achievements, which include a Master's in Education, Bachelor's of Science in both Zoology (pre-med option) and Psychology, and Principal EC-12 certification in Texas, but also in her unwavering commitment to driving positive change and her proven track record of empowering both educators and learners throughout her extensive career spanning over 20 years.
